
Foundation Course 2018
This course is designed with the aim of making you to understand on basics of our body, mind and sense complex system through which we lead our life. It'll introduce the different systems of our body and how yoga asanas are helping to keep them healthy. Will explain about the connection between breath and mind and how pranayama brings awareness to them. Teachers will explore in detail about the connection of yoga practice in daily life.
It'll lay a strong foundation to know about your SELF which will help you to continue your practice for the rest of your life. Each session will be a progressive one with the revision of previous sessions.
